First and foremost let me start by saying my husband and I are from N.J. This was our first time dealing with this dealership and we came across it on a whim. When you are purchasing from another state it’s a little nerve reckoning because anything and I mean anything can happen the vehicle got home safely no issues. We dealt with Dan and he is very down to earth. When you walk in the place it’s not all fancy but anything he said from start to finish was pretty straight forward. I appreciate the fact that when we had called to inquire over the phone he did not state one thing and then us drove all the way and hear something entirely different then what was stated from the door. I have no doubt in my mind we will be purchasing more vehicles in the future from this car dealership as well. When we test drove the vehicle he was not up our rear end, I know some times you look at a vehicle and you feel pressured by the sale man. I felt completely relaxed and actually comfortable to want to purchase without any added pressure. Where the dealership is located is safe there if you feel kinda paranoid not knowing the area being from a different state it was nice area. Local stores near bye and Dunkin down the street. I personally feel like more car dealerships should be like this we would have more people on the roads then walking or standing at a bus stop. When I say this place was a God send it was a God send. We had a lot going on the same exact day we are actually moving over the weekend and stopping bye here did not throw us off at all with our other obligations. I do not know what else to say besides Dan is a pretty laid back chill straight forward kind of guy. He made my husband and I feel like we were just chatting with one of our buddies I honestly left out of there feeling like we had personally knew him outside of this experience. I am all about energy and the energy in a person says a lot the vehicle we purchased how clean it was and how it drove I have personally had so many family and friends think we purchased from a big time dealership. I drove all the way up from Maryland to purchase this Lovely 2007 Lincoln town car stretch limousine and when I tell you from the time I walked in the door until the time I left the service was unmatched. Dan did a remarkable job at getting me in and getting me out so that I could return home as quickly as possible, the paperwork was very fast and I was amazed in their service. I am a sales manager for a large Chevrolet dealership and I must say from one dealer to another great job you guys rock.

What else can I say, Fantastic! The team over at Car and Van World were Outstanding and Highly Efficient! After doing an Internet Search to look for F150's in the area, they had just received what I was looking to buy. Traded in a 1999 Volvo S70, put some money down, and paid it off in a year and a half. If I had any issues, they were always flexible in helping me out, whether it was car troubles or payment issues. I will happily refer anybody looking for a car to try this place out.

I bought my used 2002 Ford Crown Victoria from here approximately 4 yrs ago. I couldn't have made a better decision, car has been very reliable and if I did have any issues the staff were more than happy to help. I see a complaint about sombodies alignment, and etc. give them a break pls, they are used cars so you may have to invest a little money into the vehicle to get a few things straight. That being said, I feel they are one of the best around. This is my 3rd vehicle I've purchased from them and I plan on going back. Love yall, keep up the good work!

I went in to buy a car but didn't have quite enough so they showed me they're used car lot. The only issue I had with Car Van world is that the car was supposed to be in working condition and after 3 days the transmission went. But that was me being young and excited and not really checking the car. It was an "As Is" buy and I thought I was screwed, but Car Van World really helped out and at the end I got an amazing car that I wanted to begin with. I'm very happy with my buy.
